Peter has many years of surveying and condition reporting experience and is able to offer both complimentary and paid options for roof condition reporting. We also offer a portfolio management plan which can provide advice to portfolio holders on both maintenance and repair/replace schedules to ensure the most cost-effective and risk free route to keeping watertight.

Roof Refurb

Not every roof needs replacing and although many companies will go directly to remove and replace here at Falcon Felt Roofing we are all about service! This means if there is a more cost effective way to ensure your property remains watertight for the longest time possible by weighing up cost vs benefit ratios we will ensure you are fully versed in what options are available. New Build and New Roofs

Predominantly tendered work, new built up roofing is the most popular type of work we do. Whether on a new build project or replacing an existing roofing system, our specialist teams are able to meet the needs of even the most complex project. Our third party partners include joiners, electricians, gas (registered) engineers, HVAC installers, cladders, demolition experts (including asbestos) and many more enabling us to act as principle contractor when necessary. Liquid Waterproofing

Falcon Felt Roofing are approved installers of a number of liquid waterproofing systems. Liquids remove the need for hot works and can be particularly useful when there is either a limited amount of space or a risk if using flames. Many clients prefer liquids purely for the removal of the flame risks. Every product has its place and benefits and we certainly make use of the liquid benefits when specifying it.
